We plan the meals, you prepare them. We provide you with step-by-step instructions, to provide a stress-free weekly meal plan of healthy delicious recipes that are kid-approved.
We thoughtfully craft a week's worth of healthy meals with seasonal ingredients that are budget friendly, save you time and excite your taste buds.
Your weekly meal plan includes 3 tasty meals, 1 fresh side salad, 1 snack, 1 nutritious breakfast, 1 delicious dessert. Each meal has 4 servings, salads make 8 servings for quick and easy side salads all week long, breakfast makes 8 servings that can be taken on the go, snacks make 10 servings and dessert makes 4-6 servings.
