Join us as we prepare a simple delicious salmon fillet, sesame chili shrimp, roasted asparagus, wild rice and a beautiful fresh Sundried Tomato Salad tossed with a homemade balsamic vinaigrette. It's hands-on, but we'll walk you through each step. You'll be taught by Jill Roberts, a dietitian nutritionist and food lover. She'll give you healthy tips and tricks to add nutrition to your meals. You'll walk away with leftovers, the recipe and confidence to tackle this meal at home.
